Middle schoolers who participate in cross country have the chance to develop as runners and athletes in a competitive and fun atmosphere. The co-ed team welcomes runners of all skill levels and is centered around the goal of personal development. Its members develop mental toughness, endurance, and speed by learning the foundations of cross country running. While each individual grows and improves, the coaching staff also seeks to foster a sense of community that runs throughout the cross country programs.
