Our summer Coaches in Training Program is a paid position that requires 150 hours of work (avg. of 20-25 per week) and is focused on peer-to-peer and group mentoring activities. This position is designed to allow each participant the opportunity to gain experience in: 1. Leadership and management 2. Project planning 3. Community outreach and relations 4. Peer to peer and group mentorship skills CITs learn these skills while helping Beat the Streets New England deliver our summer enrichment programming to the community.
