Interdisciplinary in approach, in the the Business & Leadership Institute, students will be exposed the foundations of business and will have the opportunity to develop their personal leadership capabilities. This three-week program is focused on providing a solid foundation in core business areas like management, marketing and finance & economics but will also include engagement in areas such as civics, social justice and the role of government to frame business in a larger global and ethical context. Students will have the chance to explore the business major and to develop their leadership styles through interaction with business leaders, class based activities and company visits.
