Core Leadership California students work with world-class mentors in a culturally diverse residential setting to discover and practice the capacities and skills they need to make the brave, inclusive, values-driven decisions that transform their world. This immersive, experiential two-week summer program enrolls 36 students from around the world and is located on the Stevenson School's campus in Pebble Beach, CA. Learning sites include the Pacific Ocean and local forests and mountains, as well as traditional classroom spaces. Each day includes written and spoken reflection, empathic listening, small and large group collaboration, and time in nature. Our 2:1 student to faculty ratio ensures our students receive regular, high-quality mentorship from both Core Leadership graduates and industry-leading professionals. Core Leadership students consistently remark on the program's transformational effects and credit it with helping them become assets to their school and local communities.
