English Immersion is an English-language immersion program for international students to learn about American culture and the English language through hands-on courses, activities, and field trips. Interns will assist instructors during class time, attend activities and field trips with the students, and act as mentors for students. Whether helping a student make a movie or explaining the rules of basketball, they will be learning about other cultures, gaining experience with teaching and instruction, and developing new skills. This is an unpaid internship, though participants will receive confirmation of community service and volunteer hours if desired.
