Camp Counselors at the Boston College Recreational Day Camp are responsible for supervising a group of children between the ages of 7-12. Essential job functions include planning and facilitating daily activities, managing behavior, and ensuring the children’s safety at all times while acting as a positive role model. Camp activities include active games, board games, crafts, swimming, and various themed activities. Each counselor will work 4-8 hours each day between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday-Friday, during the 6 weeks of camp. The ideal candidate is both energetic and enthusiastic, but also responsible with strong communication skills.
