While the legacy and tradition of the Nobles Girls Varsity Soccer team is one steeped in excellence on the field, it is also a program that takes seriously the role of character education in ensuring that its players leave Nobles ready to make a positive impact in all facets of society. The team culture is one that reflects the broader mission of Nobles, which is one of respect, integrity, hard work and discipline, accountability, and a "we before me" attitude. By remaining true to this, while also pushing themselves to become better every time they step on the field, the program and its players succeed both on the field and off of it. The players are competitive with themselves and each other, but they are also a close family that supports and encourages one another through wins and losses, in season and out of season.  All of this creates a competitive, yet fun and supportive environment in which players thrive. In recent years, former players have played at the college level at schools including Harvard, Dartmouth, Brown, Princeton, Boston University, Tufts, Middlebury, Colby, Bowdoin, Trinity, Michigan, Bates, Wellesley, Davidson, Washington University in St. Louis, Boston College, Cornell, Fairfield, Dickinson, and Babson.
